Congratulations on taking the first step towards enrolling in the Arabic language course!

We are thrilled that you have chosen to embark on this language learning journey with us. Before we proceed further, we kindly request you to carefully review and sign both the Student Pledge and Enrollment Agreement, as well as the additional 8-point pledge outlined below. These documents outline the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for your enrollment in the course.

Student Pledge and Enrollment Agreement:

1) Attendance and Punctuality: a. I will attend all scheduled classes promptly and arrive on time, recognizing the importance of regular attendance for optimal learning outcomes. b. I understand that any anticipated absence must be communicated to the institution or instructors in advance, with proper documentation provided where necessary. c. I acknowledge that excessive or unexcused absences may affect my progress and could result in dismissal from the course.

2) Financial Obligations: a. I accept the financial responsibility associated with the Arabic language course and agree to pay the designated course fee of £2700. b. I understand that payment must be made in full on or before the course commencement date, or in the event of an agreed-upon installment plan, three equal payments of £900 each, to be paid on the specified due dates provided by the institution. c. Failure to fulfill the financial obligations may result in the suspension of course access, ineligibility for certification, or other actions deemed appropriate by the institution.

3) Code of Conduct: a. I will adhere to the institution's code of conduct, treating instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism. b. I will refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior that may adversely impact the learning environment or the experiences of others. c. I understand that violation of the institution's code of conduct may lead to disciplinary measures, including but not limited to, warnings, probation, suspension, or expulsion, at the discretion of the institution.

4) Academic Integrity: a. I commit to maintaining the highest standards of academic honesty and integrity throughout the course. b. I will refrain from engaging in any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic misconduct. c. I understand that any violation of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, academic penalties, course failure, or termination of enrollment.

5) Confidentiality: a. I acknowledge that the course materials, resources, and any confidential information shared by the institution or fellow students are the intellectual property of the institution and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without proper authorization.

6) Privacy and Data Protection: a. I understand that the institution will collect and process my personal information for administrative and educational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws. b. I consent to the storage and use of my personal data by the institution and understand that appropriate security measures will be taken to protect my information.

7) Health and Safety: a. I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and protocols set forth by the institution to ensure the well-being of myself and others during class sessions and any related activities. b. I will inform the institution of any relevant medical conditions or allergies that may impact my participation in the course.

Additionally, please be informed that you will be contacted within 2-5 working days after submitting your application. We will provide you with further details, including your confirmed start date for the course. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will promptly inform you of the necessary information to ensure a smooth start to your language learning experience.
